The creation of the digitized collection of Archivaria issues was completed by the Association of Canadian Archivists in 2005-2006, using the services of Simon Fraser University Library Systems and the Open Journal Systems (OJS) software.
Almost the entire collection of the published issues (from 1975 to 2010) are available to the public in an open collection. The interface for the main collection also includes tables of contents and abstracts, as well as a search function for all published issues up to the current date.

The most recent eight issues of Archivaria are retained in the Reserved Collection, which is accessible only to individual and institutional subscribers as well as to members of the ACA. Click here to access the Archivaria Reserved Collection.
When accessing the Reserved Collection*, please note that
- Individual subscribers & ACA members require their User ID & password for the login;
- Institutional subscribers are asked to contact the ACA office with the IP addresses for those computers that will be accessing the Reserved Collection.
In addition to this digitized collection, Archivaria continues to be produced in a print edition. To order print copies of available back issues, click here for the list & order form. A “digital-only” subscriptions is now available; click here to e-subscribe.
