ACA 2012 begins with an opening reception on Wednesday, June 6; sessions begin on Thursday, June 7, continuing through Saturday June 9.

Register Online for the ACA Conference:

To register online, you will need your member ID and login to register at the member rate.  Use this link, Online Registration, to proceed.   You may wish to refer to the Conference at a Glance for dates and times of the activities and tours to ensure you are selecting the appropriate activities as our Host Committee is offering several options this year.

2012 Registration form image The 2012 Conference Registration Form is available in a PDF format with data entry fields for your name, address, etc., as well as your session selections, request for activity tickets and payment options. 

SSHRC has confirmed its support to ACA Individual Members, to assist with their travel costs to attend the 2012 Conference and ACA AGM.  The  application deadline was April 16, 2012.  Click this link for an explanation of the funding formula used by ACA. 

The fees for ACA 2012 are as follows; GST applies to all fees:

Early Bird - Member rate $371.00
One Day - Member rate $218.00
Student Member $195.00
Non-members $693.00
Early Bird – Non-Member $589.00
One Day - Non-Member $347.00
Exhibitor (max 2 reps/booth) $750.00
Guest (covers meals, breaks) $  99.00

Note: ACA members in good standing for 2012 are eligible for the member rate. Due to longstanding agreement with ARMA, an ARMA member may register at the ACA member rate, but must use a printed registration form.
