The Secretary/Treasurer is the Clerk for the Board of Directors. S/he is elected in even-numbered years for a two-year term. The Secretary/Treasurer is responsible for overseeing maintenance of the corporate records and is Chair of the Finance Committee and is liaison for the Conference Program and Host committees. Secretary/Treasurer is responsible to oversee the Association's funds and securities and the appropriate financial records. In addition the Secretary/Treasurer serves as a member of the Board of the ACA Foundation.
