The Trade Show takes place on Thursday, June 7 and Friday, June 8, at the High Country Inn, Conference Centre, in Whitehorse, Yukon. We are expecting about 200 delegates from across Canada, the USA and internationally.
What Prospective Exhibitors Need to Know

Friday, June 8 10 am to 4 pm
MOVE-IN
Thursday, June 7 6:30 am to 9 am
MOVE-OUT
Friday, June 8 4 pm to 7 pm
All Exhibits will be located in the Conference Centre, High Country Inn, very central to the session rooms, delegate circulation areas and conference office. The High Country Inn will provide extension cords and power bars for electric power, while wireless internet access is available in the meeting areas as well as guest rooms. A very limited number of wired internet connections are possible; contact ACA to request one.
Please note:
- Exhibits are open for an extended 2-hour period, Thursday afternoon, 3 – 5 pm. You may wish to plan product or service demonstrations for this time period, while delegates will be encouraged to meet with each exhibitor.
