Vice-President

The Vice-President, in the absence or disability of the President, performs the duties and exercises the powers of the President. She also serves a two-year term, and assists the President in recommending measures to further the objectives of the Association upon request and upon the advice of the regional associations in Canada. In the event of the resignation, death or incapacity of the President, the Vice-President becomes acting President for the duration of the then President's term.  The V-P Chairs the Governance committee, and oversees the Communications and Ethics Committees.
