Awards Committee

The Awards Committee is responsible for managing all aspects of the ACA Awards program. This includes three signatures awards for members and one award that is given to a non-member for their distinguished services to the profession. For more information about these awards, visit Honours and Awards. Specific duties include:

  • Promoting the ACA Awards program
  • Soliciting nominations from across Canada
  • Reviewing nominations and ensuring eligibility requirements have been met
  • Recommending awards nominees to the Board for final approval
  • Presenting awards at the annual ACA Awards Luncheon
  • Managing a list of ACA Awards recipients
  • Periodically reviewing and suggesting revisions to awards criteria
