• Keep up-to-date with professional news through the ACA’s monthly newsletter, Scope and Content and our annual report published as The Bulletin  

• Access the exclusive Members Only section of the ACA website, including a searchable electronic Directory of Members, proceedings from recent ACA conferences and access to the latest two issues of Archivaria. 

• Enjoy discounted pricingonACA programming such as workshops and the annual conference   

• Participate in ACA Special Interest Sections devoted to Indigenous archives, electronic records, personal archives, religious archives, and university and college archives and more. 

• Network with colleagues from across Canada and around the world. 

• Stand for election or elect members to the ACA Board of Directors. 

• Participate in the ACA’s Mentorship Program as either a mentee or mentor to strengthen our peer community. 

Eligibility for early-bird renewal will be in effect until December 31, 2020, so make sure to take advantage of this year’s excellent prizes!  Prizes will be drawn the week of January 4, 2021.

We would also like to point out that renewal is also your chance to update your online ACA member profile. To be included in the members-only directory, there is an opt-in feature where you can also select which contact details you would prefer shown. 

If you have opted in to receive a print copy of Archivaria, please make sure that you have indicated which address you wish to have it and other official ACA correspondence delivered to in 2021.  

If you have not yet used signed into the system, you will be prompted to sign in using a unique email address and you will be prompted to reset your password.  You can then update your member profile and ensure that your details and information is up to date.  You can then continue to pay online using Visa, Mastercard or your Visa Debit card. 

If you prefer to send a cheque, please send to the ACA Office address below as we are checking mail bi-monthly.  All renewals received by January 4th, 2021 will be entered into a draw for a number of excellent prizes described below.
