UnSettled: Redefining Archival Power

The 2022 Trade Show will take place on Thursday, June 16 and Friday June 17th, 2022 in the Great Hall at the Nest on campus at the University of British Columbia.

This year, we are hosting our first ever hybrid conference.  We are expecting more than 350 delegates from across Canada, the USA and internationally to attend in person and online.

The Trade Show offers an excellent opportunity if your firm is seeking to demonstrate your products or services to leading archivists.

• Exhibitor Booth provided within Whova app (see Whova Exhibitor Guide)
• Speaking slot provided at the “vendor spotlight” session (Note: only 4 spots available)
• Link to Exhibitor Booth page disseminated via ACA Conference social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram,LinkedIn)
• Opportunity to submit a brief (max. 3 minute) pre-recorded video re: services and/or products for inclusion on the conference Whova platform
• Conference registration for 2 Exhibitor representatives
• Cost: $500.00 in person and online flat fee

Advertising Rates: Corporate sponsors and Institutional members may wish to advertise in the conference program or sponsor specific activities. Interested exhibitors can select rates that include conference program advertisements. 

This year, all exhibitors will be included in our Whova Conference App.

What Prospective Exhibitors Need to Know

Show Hours:

Thursday, June 16th, 2022: 10:00 am to 5:30 pm

Friday, June 17th, 2022: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Move In:

Wednesday, June 15th, 2022 from 7:00 pm (you will store your valuables in the Great Hall)

Thursday, June 15th, 2020: 6:30 am to 8:30 am

Move Out:

Friday, June 17th, 2020: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Exhibitors are welcome to attend sessions and participate in social events.
